UPS power supply

UPS power supply is an emergency power source used in the event of a power outage, mainly applied in computer rooms, computer networks, monitoring systems, mines, aerospace, industry, communication, national defense, hospitals, computer business terminals, network servers, network equipment, data storage devices, emergency lighting systems, railways, shipping, transportation, power plants, substations, nuclear power plants, fire safety alarm systems, wireless communication systems, program-controlled switches, mobile communication, solar energy storage conversion equipment, control equipment and its emergency protection systems, personal computers and other fields.

How can we dissipate the heat generated by UPS power supply during operation?

Compared with natural convection cooling, using a cooling fan for cooling has a better effect, which can reduce the temperature inside the system by up to 30 ℃. In the UPS system, if there is no cooling fan, the airflow speed inside the system will be too low, which will cause the temperature rise of the components inside the system to be too high. The temperature difference between the component casing and the external environment can exceed 40 ℃, and there is also a temperature difference of 5 ℃ to 15 ℃ from the surface of the device to the internal heat source. The failure rate of UPS components and systems will significantly increase. And through the forced air cooling of the cooling fan, the temperature rise of 40 ℃ can be reduced to below 10 ℃. Therefore, almost all power levels of UPS will use forced air cooling to reduce the temperature rise of the components. The application of UPS power supply is so extensive that it is very important to ensure the normal operation of equipment. Due to the high heat generation of UPS power supplies, the efficient, silent, and green characteristics of fan cooling make it very suitable for the application of such devices. With strong support, UPS power supply will play a greater role.
